大班，就是学前班过去了三个星期，瓜子儿一如既往地游戏人生。有幼儿园周记照片为证。
In Art Class with Winnie, the children were instructed to make a picture using shapes on a large piece of paper. Sydney is working on her guitar and is trying to glue the yarn on the paper guitar for the guitar strings.
During Music Class with Ms. Cao, Sydney took her turn tapping out the beat of the music using a triangle.
During Welcome Activities, Sydney worked with the pattern blocks which helps to improve a child's spacial skills.
大恐龙看到这张照片的第二天就带着瓜子儿公园攀岩去了。未果，规定7岁以上孩子才能爬。

这周五是Pajama Day，瓜子儿从周二就开始兴奋地倒计时，遗憾幼儿园没有公开男男女女穿着睡衣忙活的照片。周记里瓜子儿的班主任老师杰夫和杰西卡写了这样一段话: “We were asked by some parents, why Pajama Day? Our only response was, why not? We just wanted to add more variety to our school programs and, most importantly, have fun!” 我坚信问这话的家长里没有大恐龙，乐呵还需要理由吗。
上周大恐龙和杰夫交流瓜子儿的教育问题，杰夫说，其实没有问题啦，吧啦吧啦，然后告诉大恐龙班里有三个孩子被选进advanced reading class，其中有瓜子儿。我听到后忍不住笑了，“She cannot read, what does that 'advanced' mean?” 大恐龙对我耻笑的态度很不满，气哼哼地说，瓜子儿至少看见c-a-t知道是猫看见d-o-g知道是狗，她班里有的小孩连26个字母还认不全呢。
我分明记着大恐龙他妈妈给我讲过一段子：大恐龙四岁多就学会了签自己的名字，独自去图书馆借书读，当时新来的图书管理员不能相信自己的眼睛（或耳朵），死活不借给他，给他妈打电话确认 ... ... 本人呢，也就五岁多吧，熟练书写“毛主席万岁”、“战无不胜的毛泽东思想”什么的，田字格本一抡就是好几页，磕磕绊绊地能读《草原英雄小姐妹》。而这小东西五岁多了仅能识猫认狗的，居然进了阅读快班，匪夷所思。
我没敢言语。在母们家，横竖理论我都是最笨的内个，哪儿就轮上我发表感想了。
